In the Okuden (Reiki Level 2) training, you will deepen your practice through the introduction of traditional mantras and symbols, refining your ability to work with Reiki beyond the physical level.

You will learn that these symbols are not sources of power in themselves, but tools — “training wheels” — designed to help you embody specific energetic qualities such as grounding, harmony, and connection. Through disciplined practice, you will begin to internalise these states, allowing Reiki to flow with greater clarity and intention.

Throughout the training, you will receive a series of traditional attunements, each strengthening your connection to Reiki and expanding your capacity to work with energy in more subtle and precise ways.

You will work with the three core symbols of Reiki:

​

• Choku Rei — developing sensitivity to grounding and “earth” energy.

• Sei Heki — cultivating balance within the emotional and mental body through “heaven” energy.

• Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen — deepening your understanding of connection and oneness beyond time and space,

 experienced directly rather than intellectually understood.

The training also introduces Enkaku Chiryo Ho (distance healing) — not as sending energy across distance, but as entering a state of oneness where separation dissolves and healing naturally occurs.

You will further refine your intuitive abilities through practices such as:

• Byosen Reikan Ho — sensing energetic imbalance

• Reiji Ho — allowing intuitive guidance to direct the treatment

Hands-on experience remains central. You will practise both individual and group healing sessions, working one-on-one and collectively to deepen your confidence, sensitivity, and practical skill.

This is not simply an expansion of technique — it is a deeper refinement of awareness, where the practitioner begins to move beyond form and into direct experience of energy, connection, and presence.

At the completion of the training, you will receive your Reiki Level 2 certificate within the authentic Japanese lineage, marking your progression into a more advanced level of practice.
